El papel de los Líderes Educativos en la Implementación y Sostenibilidad de las TIC en la Educación Obligatoria en Marruecos

La pandemia de COVID-19 provocó un cambio profundo en la educación, destacando la necesidad urgente de integrar las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) en los entornos de aprendizaje. Este estudio investiga las perspectivas de los docentes sobre el papel de los líderes educativos en la introducción y sostenibilidad del uso de tecnologías casi tres años después del confinamiento por la pandemia. 130 maestros de niveles primario y secundario de todo Marruecos, que ya no utilizan tecnología, completaron un cuestionario que indagaba sobre sus desafíos y barreras para la introducción y sostenibilidad del uso de tecnologías después de la pandemia. Los hallazgos indican que, a pesar de las importantes iniciativas institucionales en la integración de TIC en la educación y la acelerada conectividad digital durante la COVID-19, la educación marroquí aún enfrenta importantes desafíos que obstaculizan el desarrollo de objetivos de aprendizaje tecnológico a largo plazo. Los hallazgos también indican que los beneficios derivados de los esfuerzos realizados durante la COVID-19 no se han capitalizado. Esto implica que los líderes educativos deben desempeñar un papel más importante en la sostenibilidad de la integración tecnológica.
